Description
The layout of the cottages includes a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a combined shower/toilet room.
The shower/toilet room is fully tiled, has a suspended toilet, shower cubicle, washbasin combination and towel radiator. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas cooker and combi oven and is partially tiled.
The bright living room is furnished with beautiful furniture that creates a cosy atmosphere. The largest bedroom has 2 single beds (80x200) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a royal bunk bed (90x200). There is also a wardrobe in this bedroom.
The houses are in a very quiet location and surrounded by a garden with lawn and a terrace on the south. There is garden furniture with a parasol on the terrace.
In the middle of Dirkshorn lies Bungalowpark Dirkshoeve, a quiet and spacious park of 7ha with 100 holiday homes. Unlike other parks in the area, Dirkshoeve is laid out with many and well-maintained green spaces.
We especially welcome many young families and elderly people to our park, who come to enjoy the peace and quiet. They appreciate the relaxed environment and the central location as a starting point for many pleasant excursions.
For children, there is a playground with playground equipment on the grounds. It is also possible to play table tennis here. The park has its own launderette.
The cosy holiday resort of Dirkshorn is located 15km north of Alkmaar and 10km from the North Sea coast. Here you will find a supermarket, cafés, swimming pool and a small lake for swimming and surfing. Many canals nearby invite you to go fishing. On the outskirts is a very nice 18-holes golf course.
Only 8 km south of the village lies the recreation area Geestmerambacht where you can swim, surf, walk and cycle. The neighbouring town of Schagen (5km) offers a wide range of shopping and leisure activities, as do the cities of Alkmaar (15km), Haarlem (50km) and of course Amsterdam (60km).
Besides the wide, clean beaches and wooded dunes, the watery polder landscape of North Holland with its idyllic villages and harbour towns such as Hoorn and Enkhuizen offers many possibilities for day trips.

Cancellation terms:
- a Wenn der Mieter aus irgendwelchen Gründen von dem Gebrauch des Fe-rienhauses zurücktritt, muss er den Vermieter unverzüglich per Brief oder per E-Mail in Kenntnis setzen. b Als Annullierungsdatum gilt das Datum, an dem die schriftliche Absage bei dem Vermieter eintrifft. c Soweit nicht anders in der Vereinbarung festgelegt, bleibt der Mieter bei Annullierung dem Vermieter der folgende Prozentsatz des netto Miet-betrags schuldig: - Annullierung bis spätestens 3 Monate vor Ankunftsdatum: 20% - Annullierung innerhalb 3 Monaten vor dem Ankunftsdatum: 45% - Annullierung innerhalb 2 Monaten vor dem Ankunftsdatum: 75% - Annullierung innerhalb 1 Monat vor dem Ankunftsdatum: 90% - Annullierung innerhalb 1 Woche vor dem Ankunftsdatum: 100% Der auf diese Weise bestimmte Betrag wird um € 50 erhöht für Bearbei-tungskosten. Der schuldige Betrag wird aber niemals höher sein als der ursprüngliche Mietbetrag. d Wenn nach Annullierung das Gemietete in der vereinbarten Mietperiode doch noch vermietet wird, wird der noch anfallende Mietpreis nach Ab-schnitt c im Verhältnis der noch übrigbleibenden Mietzeit verringert. Der Mieter zahlt in diesem Fall eine Summe von € 50,00 Verwaltungskosten, zuzüglich der angemessenen Kosten, die dem Vermieter zur weiteren Vermietung von Objektes entstehen. e Bei vorzeitiger Abreise gelten die in der vorhandenen Vereinbarung fest-gelegten Regeln.
