The villa is located near the sea in the beautiful tourist village of Pjescana Uvala.
Pjescana Uvala is part of the municipality of Medulin and is located north of it and southwest of the city of Pula on the Croatian part of the Istrian peninsula.

Only 250m. away are the beaches, both sandy and rocky. The beaches are surrounded by small islands that you can reach by swimming or by boat. Only 150m. from the villa you will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, etc. The marina is also not far from the villa. Both Pula and the charming town of Medulin are within easy reach.
