MaEm: Newly built modern villa, for max. 8 adults + 2 children, 300 m2, on two floors.
On the ground floor there is the living room and kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom and a toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a large terrace with pool view. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - there is a Finnish sauna in one of the bathrooms.
In the garden there is a private pool (8x4.5 m) and jacuzzi, sun loungers, a terrace with barbecue and covered parking.

Škicini is a small quiet place in Istria between Vodnjan and Svetvinčenat.
Vodnjan: The Church of St. Blasius in Vodnjan is today the largest and its bell tower the highest (63 metres) in Istria. The old town is full of closely built houses and narrow streets.
Svetvinčenat: This beautiful medieval town is called "Savičenta" by its inhabitants. The 16th century Grimani-Morosini fort (castle) forms the central point.
