EmMa: Newly built villa, for 10 persons, 240 m2, on two floors.
On the ground floor there is the living room with TV, the kitchen and dining table, a bedroom with bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also a closed summer kitchen with fireplace, and view and exit to the pool.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom
In the garden there is a private pool (9x4 m) with deckchairs and a covered car park.

Location and surroundings of object
Škicini is a small quiet place in Istria, near Vodnjan. It belongs to the municipality of Svetvincenat, a beautiful small town 10 kilometres from Cukrici.
SVETVINČENAT : This beautiful medieval town is called "Savičenta" by its inhabitants. The Grimani-Morosini Castle from the 16th century forms the central point and in summer various concerts are organised here. The fort is part of the legend of the witch Mare or Marija Radolović, who was accused of witchcraft in the 17th century.

The agents were very nice and made a very good impression
The villa, to be honest, had everything you need.
We arrived as a group (8 people).
From the room equipment to the kitchen and also for the associated "barbecue room" I'll call it, everything was there! Cleanliness grade 1
Total package: 1 without ifs and buts!
The villa is really remote, which played into our hands, because let's be honest, it was louder with a group like ours.
The object, the location, the price, the landlords and the comfort -> Top! Only to recommend!

Very beautiful and well maintained villa
The holiday home is in a very good and new condition. The landlords are very nice and helpful.
The camp of the villa is a bit secluded, which is quite handy when it gets a bit noisy.
The kitchen is fully equipped so we didn't miss anything.
All rooms and also the terrace were clean on arrival and everything looked very well maintained.
We would definitely recommend the villa.

Wunderschöne, neue Villa
Wir reisten Anfang September als 10 köpfige junge Männertruppe an und die Vermieter warteten bereits vor Ort auf uns. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte nach kurzem, 10-minütigem Rundgang und bezahlen des restlichen Mietpreises und der Kaution. Anfangs hatten wir zwar etwas Pech mit dem Wetter (viel Regen), was uns aber nicht weiter störte da wir uns immer gut beschäftigen konnten in unserer Villa. Nach den ersten 2 Regentagen jedoch hatten wir ausschließlich Sonnentage, weshalb der schöne Pool perfekt genutzt werden konnte für Wasserball/Wasservolleyball etc.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, weshalb wir während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nichts vermissten. Einzig und Allein die Spülmaschine machte uns etwas zu schaffen, da sie manchmal erst nach gefühlt 100 mal an-, und ausschalten den Waschvorgang startete. Ansosnten konnte man sich über nichts beschweren. Die Zimmer waren alle mit eigenem TV und eigenem WC/Dusche super ausgetattet und gut gereinigt. Das kleine, schöne Grillzimmer, das an das Wohnzimmer anschließt, wurde auch des Öfteren u.a. zum Cevapcici oder Burger grillen genutzt.
Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt, da man als große Männergruppe doch etwas lauter ist. Wir hatten keine direkt anliegenden Nachbarn. Das Nächste Haus befindet sich etwa in 50 Metern Luftlinie zum Haus. Dazwischen befindet sich gerade ein weiteres Ferienhaus im Bau.
Nach Vodnjan, wo der nächste große Supermarkt aufzufinden ist, benötigt man ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nach Pula braucht man etwa 20 Minuten.
Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub einer, für uns, fast perfekten Unterkunft. Über die gesamten 10 Tage gab es, abgesehen von der Spülmaschine, nichts zu bemängeln. Auch die Vermieter hinterließen einen super Eindruck. Keine Probleme gab es auch am Ende mit der Kaution, welche uns direkt vor Abfahrt in bar ausgehändigt wurde. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Great villa! super clean and fully equipped, extra performing wi-fi (sooo important with teenagers :), beautiful swimming pool, air conditioning, tv set everywhere.
Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms.
Nice position, max 20-30 minutes to most beatiful beaches and sightseeing spots although somehow isolated (car 100% necessary) which tough means peace and silence day&night :)
Nice and helpful hosts, they gave us lots of precoius tips and suggestions.
Definetely recommended

Wunderbares Luxusdomizil
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die liebevolle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen - es fehlte wirklich nichts! Der Pool war für uns und unsere Kinder ein absolutes Highlight an diesem Ferienhaus. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder und können es weiterempfehlen.
