Only the ground floor of the house is for rent. The upper floor of the house is closed off, as it is not developed and should remain that way.
Thus, as a tenant, you have the entire property, pool, dock, terraces etc. ALL for EXCLUSIVE USE.

In the terrace and garden area there are sun loungers and a sun umbrella, relaxation chairs, and a grill available. On the large covered terrace with awning (with table and chairs) you will also find a pleasant shaded area and have a wonderful view over the pool to the canal.
In the utility room there is a washing machine as well as cleaning utensils available.
In the front yard of the house there are 2 enclosed parking spaces for cars.
