Description

The architecturally stylishly built house with 4 residential units, was completed in 2019. Our holiday flat with terrace and a small fenced garden, facing the street and sunny side, is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. In the holiday flat "Slumpschööt" you will find a light-flooded living area with corner set and flat screen TV, a dining area as well as a fully equipped, open kitchen (egg cooker, toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker are available) on approx. 64m². Furthermore, the flat is equipped with 2 separate bedrooms (a double bed 180x200cm and a single bed 80x200cm, which can be pulled out) as well as a modern small shower room (walk-in shower with rain shower). The flat offers space for 4 people. The floors are laid with vinyl or tiles, the windows are equipped with electric shutters. Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are available free of charge. The parking space is directly in front of the house. Your dog is also very welcome. Bowls and a large dog bed are available for your best friend. Enjoy your holiday in an appealing maritime feel-good atmosphere.

Holiday apartment slumpshööt

We vacationed in Carolinensiel for the first time and stumbled upon this nice property. The contact with the owner of the property was top-notch. Very friendly, accommodating, helpful. Really great. Just as one would wish. The property is impeccably clean. Furnished with passion and thought. Everything needed is available. Four of us with a dog, and there was enough space for everyone. The apartment is conveniently located for shopping and within walking distance to the village.
All in all, a really great vacation and a wonderful owner.

Super beautiful apartment

We spent the hottest days here and found that the apartment is very well insulated.
The furnishings include everything you need and are super well-maintained and very clean.
The terrace and the small fenced garden were ideal for our dog.
The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom is perfect.

For the 3rd person, the small room with the unfolded bed was completely sufficient, as was the double room, which had a fly screen. We liked it very much.
Parking available, if all spots are occupied, a bit tight. Additional parking option a bit further away for €4 per day. A means of transport was required to get to "Cliner Quelle" for treatment applications.
The walking route starts across the street. Despite the autumn weather, we were able to relax well.

Well-being

We had a very nice stay in the holiday apartment, everything was up to date, everything was clean and very well maintained, and all the equipment we needed was there. Our 16-year-old dog also felt very comfortable; the non-slip mats were very good. The hostess was always there. So we would love to come back.

Sweet and cozy vacation apartment

The apartment is very sweetly furnished, everything is very clean and designed with great attention to detail. Moreover, the apartment is absolutely dog-friendly. We deducted one star for the location, as the apartment is on a rather busy street and the use of the terrace was unfortunately limited for us. The host was very friendly. Very nice holiday apartment

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, clean, and wonderfully decorated vacation apartment, and spent an excellent holiday with plenty of sunshine. Dream vacation

From start to finish, everything was perfect. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. Everything you need is there, and it is super clean both inside and outside. Great vacation apartment

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very lovingly and beautifully decorated. There were games for the kids, there were bowls and a cuddly bed for the dog, including waste bags and a treat for the welcome. We felt absolutely great, and everything was wonderful. We will be back soon.

Relax for a week at Lake Como in Italy.

The apartment is top equipped, nothing was missing. Cleanliness as well. Communication with the hosts in advance and also during the stay went smoothly. We felt comfortable and could relax well. The garden is well-kept and here too there are various opportunities to enjoy the peace. In every corner, you will find small decorations to discover and admire. A successful holiday all around.

The lovingly furnished domicile, just 5 minutes from the beach Carolinensiel (by car), is equipped with everything needed at home, all in high-quality furnishings, leaving nothing to be desired. A small well-maintained garden with a terrace around the apartment (2 access points), including a grill, beach chair, and garden furniture, is nice to use for relaxation, even if the weather suddenly gets worse. We really felt comfortable and have very positive memories of the short time in Carolinensiel - would love to come back again. ☆

Holiday with dog

We were welcomed very friendly in the holiday apartment. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. Everything was even there for our dog. The only slight disadvantage is the location, as the apartment is located directly on the main road. However, the traffic is not very disturbing. You can reach everything on foot. We felt very comfortable and would rent the apartment again.

Everything for a cozy and relaxed vacation available.

We (3 people between 40 - 70 years + an older dog) spent 6 beautiful days in Carolinensiel at the end of September/beginning of October. The senior-friendly holiday apartment Slumpschööt corresponded to the description and is accessible without disturbing stairs. It was perfectly equipped and furnished for us. Everything we needed for a cozy and relaxed holiday was available and we felt very comfortable. Even board games and books for rainy days were provided. Our dog loved the large dog bed. Shopping facilities and the center of Carolinensiel are within walking distance. Mrs. Herden-Abeln was a friendly and reliable hostess. If we come back to Carolinensiel, we would also try to book this holiday apartment again.

Beautiful, cozy holiday apartment

We had a great time in Carolinensiel and in the holiday apartment Slumpschööt. Upon our arrival, we were greeted very friendly. The apartment is nice and fully furnished, very clean and cozy. In addition, a supermarket with a bakery, a bicycle rental and the center of Carolinensiel can be reached on foot quickly. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful Carolinensiel

Mrs. Herden-Abeln is a very friendly and reliable hostess. We were the first guests in her new vacation apartment and considered ourselves lucky to have found this apartment at the last minute. It was very clean and well-maintained, which is always especially important to us. We also thought it was great that Mrs. Herden-Abeln is open to criticism, as we gave her a few tips on what amenities we would add to the apartment. She made some of these purchases immediately after our stay. And before our vacation, she even bought a high chair and a baby travel bed, which are now also part of the apartment's amenities. Thank you for that!
