This newly built pool house in 2002 was renovated and furnished anew in 2022.
Situated on the canal with direct sea access and yet close to restaurants and shopping facilities, the villa accommodates eight people.
A large open living area provides ample space for a relaxed stay. Three bedrooms with king-size beds, plus a fourth with two single beds, all modern and tastefully decorated. There are also two bathrooms. Let yourself be enchanted by the Florida sunset, comfortably sitting on the terrace by the pool!
Enjoy the beautiful view of the canal.
