Our Madroño apartment was our holiday home in El Presidente before we permanently moved to another apartment here from England with our family 20 years ago. We are an English / Spanish couple, retired teachers, and are therefore on site to personally welcome our guests to our ground floor and first floor apartments here in El Presidente. We believe that we are extremely fortunate to live in this wonderful urbanisation with its great facilities, close access to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as being close enough to enjoy the numerous pleasures of nearby Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona whilst also being able to enjoy the benefits of a high quality, peaceful and beautiful community.
