The holiday flat "Eule" is a 2-room flat with terrace, 25m2. The flat is approx. 35m2 in size and is located on the 1st floor. It offers space for 2 adults.

The flat is new and is comfortably furnished with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer, a cosy living room with sofa and armchair, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, including kettle and Senseo coffee machine. The flat has satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Our quiet and spacious garden is a good place to linger. There are cosy seating areas where you can relax and recharge your batteries. On the lawn you can play croquet, frisbee or badminton, read a book or just relax.

Prices:
- From EUR 38.50 per person per night, with an occupancy of 2 people *)
- Minimum stay 2 nights
- 10% discount for stays of 5 nights or more

Good to know is that
- Wi-Fi, car park, bicycle or motor parking are free of charge,
- Haus Eifelstein is a non-smoking house,
- Pets are not allowed,
- Luggage storage is possible,
- If the flat is not left clean, a cleaning fee of EUR 50,- will be charged,
- 150,00 EUR deposit to be paid in cash on arrival.
