Description
Next to our old cinema building is this spacious, airy attic flat on the top floor of a former warehouse. The house was built in 1890, was converted into a residential building in 2020 and has served us as a home ever since.
Great care was taken to preserve the character of the old building as much as possible. Surrounded by a nursery, the house is also located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which gives the property a quiet setting.
We live and work here, and the dog and chickens also have their home with us.
The flat has its own entrance, which can be reached by an outside staircase. The guest does not expect cramped quarters, but lives here on 76 sqm in loft style. Only the spacious bathroom and the bedroom are separate rooms. The flat also has an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room area. In addition, there is an open attic where you can relax on a couch or use another sleeping option on a simple mattress. Although there is no standing height, the staircase is steep, this level is very attractive for our guests.

Our village Peißenberg in Upper Bavaria is located in the beautiful Pfaffenwinkel, the foothills of the Alps surrounded by lakes and mountains invites you to hike, bike and swim.
We are the central point for many sights, within an hour you are in Munich, Augsburg or Garmisch.
The towns of Oberammergau (passion play location), the castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, Andechs Monastery and Herrsching are also very popular.
The highland with us are the many lakes in our surroundings, Ammersee, Starnberger See, Staffelsee, the Osterseen, Forggensee, Kochel and Walchensee.
The Ammer right here in our village invites you to go for a walk while the dog can enjoy a fresh cooling.
There is an open-air swimming pool in the village, and for bad weather you can visit the Therme Erding, Therme Bad Wörishofen, Kristaltherme in Kochel, Kristaltherme Füssen or the Plantsch in Schongau.
There are plenty of options for hikes to the various alpine huts.
There are numerous restaurants in the village and nearby, several nice beer gardens in the vicinity. The attractive bar and cafe "Ragazzi" are only a few steps away from your accommodation.
