MI CASA HOLIDAYS is located in Batvači, somewhere in the middle between Pula and Rovinj. Only a few kilometres away is the town of Bale. A beautiful old town that is worth a visit. The beaches are only a few kilometres away. There are many cycling routes. The holiday home also has a well-maintained swimming pool, sauna, sun loungers, seating and much more. Beautiful lighting of the property at night. The house is air-conditioned and has a bedroom for 2 people and an extra room for two more people. The beds are very comfortable. All towels and bed linen are included in the price, as well as all kitchen equipment (kettle, toaster, juicer...). The kitchen is fully equipped. In the summer part of the house there is also a fireplace with complete cooking facilities. The parking space is big enough for at least two cars.
The property is completely fenced.
