Description
Our holiday flat is 100² in size and is located on the ground floor or 1st floor with direct access to the garden or a large south-facing balcony. Four to five people stay in a spacious living-dining room with bay window, 2 separate bedrooms with double bed, separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and WC. From the living room you can access the 30 m² south-facing terrace with garden table, 6 chairs and 2 loungers. A barbecue for cosy evenings can be provided on request.
A free parking space is available from the house for each of our holiday flats.
WLAN is available free of charge in all flats. In all living areas you will find a flat screen TV with SAT.
Towels are ready for you and fresh bed linen invites you to sleep.
For our little guests, a baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
Pets are welcome in our house.

Hiking trails lead directly from the house through meadows and forests around Neuschönau and the Bavarian Forest National Park.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is situated in a quiet south-facing location on the outskirts of Neuschönau. The natural bathing lake is only a few minutes' walk away. Hiking trails lead directly from the house to the National Park and the National Park Centre. The village centre is within walking distance. In the village there are restaurants, a bakery with grocery shop, a country butcher's shop and a hairdresser.

Our house in Neuschönau is located in the immediate vicinity of the most attractive visitor facilities of the Bavarian Forest National Park. These are the outdoor animal enclosure with around 40 native animal species, the Hans-Eisenmann-Haus visitor centre, the outdoor plant and rock enclosure and the world's longest tree-top walk, which opened in 2009.
