Description

In the country house you occupy the ground floor and the first floor of this large country house. You have access to a very spacious kitchen, equipped with an AGA cooker and all imaginable comforts. In the sitting area in the sunny conservatory you can sit comfortably at any time of the year. Of course, the house also has a wonderfully spacious living room with sitting area, wood-burning stove and wide-screen smart TV.

On the ground floor you will find a large double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

On the first floor you have access to a second and third bedroom, each with 2 single box-spring beds. The fourth has 1 single bed (110 cm wide).
Via the mezzanine on the floor you access the comfortable bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and separate toilet.

The house has spacious terraces on three sides, so you can always enjoy nature in a sheltered setting. This house is ideal for people who love peace and space.
There is plenty of parking space around the country house and there is also a charging station for electric cars. If you would like to use this, you can indicate this when booking.

Location
Landhuis Aldubo has a fantastic location, directly opposite the forest, on the edge of the Duinen van Texel National Park. This nature reserve stretches along the entire west coast of the island. You can reach the North Sea beach by bike within 10 minutes. Beautiful cycling, hiking and horse riding trails run through the forest. The artists' village Den Hoorn and the "capital" Den Burg are both about 4 kilometres away. Diagonally opposite your holiday home is the Fonteinsnol lookout tower. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Landhuis Aldubo is situated together with 3 other holiday homes on a large plot with an unobstructed view over the countryside.
