Villa Petra is the perfect location to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the beautiful Conero Riviera. Located just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sirolo and Numana, this villa boasts a quiet and panoramic position and offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea.
Surrounded by a beautiful garden, Villa Petra is a tastefully restored house that combines comfort with a simple yet refined design.
The spacious interiors are characterised by beamed ceilings, which lend a cosy and warm atmosphere.
The villa is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor there are:
- a bright living room, elegantly furnished, in which there are three comfortable sofas, a TV and a large table;
- a dining room with table and chairs, adjacent to the kitchen, where you can enjoy great dinners together with friends and family;
- a kitchen equipped with a peninsula with induction hob and fully equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher;
- a bathroom with shower.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor of the villa.
The first floor houses the sleeping area, composed as follows:
- two double bedrooms, with an amazing panoramic view of the sea;
- two twin bedrooms (each with two single beds), offering a peaceful view of the lush surrounding garden;
- a bathroom with shower.
The real centrepiece at Villa Petra is the panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea stretching out before you. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the crystal-clear sea merging with the horizon, giving you a feeling of infinity. The sea view will be the perfect setting for your days of relaxation and for creating unforgettable memories with friends and family.
Outside the villa is the 300-square-metre fully enclosed garden with majestic maritime pines. These elegant and imposing trees create beneficial shade ideal for enjoying moments of peace and serenity. Here you can relax on comfortable chairs and tables placed under the large gazebo, an oasis of freshness and well-being.
This area will become your favourite place for outdoor dining; you can organise tasty barbecues cooked on the barbecue in the villa.

The lovely Sirolo boasts some of Italy's most beautiful beaches, such as the Urbani Beach, the San Michele Beach and the Sassi Neri Beach, which offer an idyllic setting for relaxing, bathing in crystal-clear waters or simply enjoying the breathtaking views.
Even in the nearby seaside resorts of Numana and Portonovo, you can spend pleasant days by the sea, choosing between equipped beaches or suggestive beaches located in a bay surrounded by greenery.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 60 days before the day of arrival.
- Special booking conditions 2023: For reservations confirmed starting from 01/12/2020, the following cancellation policy will apply: - cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the rental price; - cancellation from sixty (60) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund); - cancellation during the stay: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund). Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Anita Villas will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Anita Villas starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above. Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.
