Description

The villa can accommodate 6 guests in 2 modern bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed, and a sofa bed in the living room (2 bathrooms). The house has satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is designed in a rustic style and contains all necessary appliances and spices for the most delicious meals. In the garden there is a large 32 m pool, a playground, and plenty of space for carefree enjoyment in the summer. The villa is ideal for a holiday with family and friends.

On the slopes of the Raša Bay, in the small welcoming village of Sutivanac Raška, there is a beautiful villa. On a large plot of over 1000 m2, the villa offers a view of the Učka hills above the Raša Bay and is only half an hour’s drive by car to the beautiful Istrian beaches.

This beautiful villa for six guests was built in 2015 and welcomes guests who will have a unique opportunity to enjoy the villa’s hedonistic atmosphere. The house is equipped with an interesting combination of quality and handmade furniture, including modern elements that will provide you with everything you need for a carefree holiday.

Cancellation terms:

The cancellation costs are calculated from the date on which "Istra Vacation" by DAH Istra d.o.o. receives a written request for cancellation, and they are as follows: - For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable. - For cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable. COVID-19 Cancellation Conditions: Within 30 days of arrival, a refund of the reservation is only possible if the restrictive measures of the national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to vaccinated persons. The term measure assumes that vaccinated persons must quarantine (self-isolate) for a specified period upon entering Croatia or when returning to their home country. The refund also applies if a guest contracts the COVID-19 virus 7 or fewer days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can use only on the Istra Vacation website for booking in a future period and no later than 2 years. The amount of the voucher the guest receives corresponds to the cash amount that the guest paid to confirm the reservation for which a refund is now being granted. If the traveler does not arrive at the destination or cancels the accommodation service after the start, "Istra Vacation" by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation. For each reservation cancellation, "Istra Vacation" by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges a 15 EUR administrative fee. Cancellations must be submitted directly by email. The day of cancellation is considered to be the day on which the written email confirmation is received.
