In a small place in the southern part of peninsula Istria you will nd a beautiful 5-star villa Kanco (400 m2) with amazing mountain view and picturesque green environment. Villa was designed by art, very talented designer awarded two times in a row by distinguished London prize. Villa consist of four bedrooms, each in other color, and every room has its lounge and her own bathroom. There are also two separated bathrooms, a big kitchen and living room with a cozy couch. charming replace and special entertainment for children – playstation 4 . Living and all bedrooms have LED television and all areas have air condition. Vila is suitable for 10 persons. Vila has also a relaxing room with jacuzzi and sauna. Villa is surrounded with 1000 m2 of green lawn, 50 m2 swimming pool (with massage function) and its stone beach with covered terrace and a big wooden table. Next to it, you will find another smaller building (100 m2) – game room with table tennis, table football, billiard, Picado and also an inner grill. On the outside there is also an exterior grill. In the backyard there is entertainment for children ; swing, toboggan, trampoline, all surrounded with olives, owers and green fence. The villa has three parking places.

- The cancellation costs will be calculated from the date on which “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. receives a written request for the cancellation, and it is as follows: For cancellations up until 30 days before arrival -30% of the full reservation amount is non refundable For cancellations within 30 days before arrival date - 100% of the full reservation amount is non refundable Cancellation policy COVID-19: Within 30 days before arrival, Refund of the reservation is possible only if the restrictive measures given by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to persons who have been vaccinated. Under the term measure, it is considered that persons who have been vaccinated must also be in quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time, when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. Refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or less days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can only use on the Istra Vacation website for reservation in the future time period, and no later than 2 years. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount of money that the guest paid to confirm the reservation for which he has now been granted a refund. If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation.
