Fantastic flat over two floors in Willingen-Usseln with wide views and a large garden right on the young Diemel River.
A medium-sized dog is welcome!

Fulfil your holiday dreams in one of our most beautiful flats. If you are looking for comfort, peace and nature in the Willinger Upland, away from the lively tourist capital Willingen, you have come to the right place! Willingen-Usseln is a spa town with a spa park and snowy beginners' lift (spa park 200 m, ski lift approx. 500 m from the flat), its own centre with good shopping facilities, train station and all kinds of family -friendly leisure facilities. It is 5 km to Willingen.

WILLINGEN / Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: four-season holidays in the most visited holiday resort in the low mountain range. Willingen (550-843 m) is a climatic spa and winter sports resort; Its wide range of recreational activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen is equally popular with young and old with the slogan: Everything I want !

The flat is located in Willingen-Usseln - spa town and winter sports resort with its own profile!
Usseln belongs to the municipality of Willingen (5 km away) and was the actual capital in the Upland before Willingen until after World War II. If you prefer not to live near busy tourist centres, Usseln is the place for you. Also, many Willinger deliberately live in Usseln, as there are three times more guest beds than residents in Willingen.
Usseln is also an attractive holiday destination with an individual character, many holiday flats and holiday homes, renowned hotels, numerous shops and a range of recreational facilities:
its own spa park, outdoor pool, mini-golf, Diemel spring with Graf-Stollberg-Hütte, riding stable, local history museum and attractive hiking trails.
Curioseum and the milk MUHseum of the Upland dairy are especially worth seeing. The Upland is also known as the 'Allgäu of the North' for its pastures and intensive dairy farming.
In winter, there are two ski lifts in Usseln with snow cannons and floodlights, numerous trails (only 400 metres from the apartment) and the EWF biathlon arena (Olympic training centre with 2 km of snow-lit track, in summer paved skating track).
Other things to do:
Summer beach bathing on Lake Diemelsee; For hikers, Willingen, with Europe's largest heathland and eight peaks higher than 800m, is the first address in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg Heath Tower - the highest vantage point in north-west Germany. Bike park with World Cup downhill.
One of Germany's top ski resorts with 15 km of panoramic slopes, modern 8-seater cable car, 6+8-seater chairlift; 2 T-bar lifts, 4 board lifts, 4 x 250m conveyor belts for children and tobogganing, 6 km of floodlit slopes, 110 snow cannons, 70 km of trails, EWF biathlon arena with snow-covered 2 km floodlit track. Not only is the après-ski legendary, all year round here is 'Saturday-Night-Fever'. Cult is Siggis Ettelsberghütte. The highlight is World Cup Ski Jumping on the world's biggest ski ramp!

Beautiful!
We had a wonderful stay at Fewo Diemelgarten. The apartment met our expectations perfectly, with the added bonus of the beautiful view of the snowy landscape. Everything we needed was available, and the apartment was spotless!

A place to relax!
We spent a few relaxing days in this beautiful apartment with very good amenities, plenty of space, and lots of greenery. Organization and cleanliness were impeccable. The seating area with a fire pit by the Diemel is idyllic, and we were lucky to catch a few golden October days. Usseln is a cozy place nestled in beautiful nature. We particularly enjoyed the circular hike to the Skywalk, to the Diemel spring, Graf-Stolberg hut, and back over the high heath Kahle Pön. It offers a shaky experience, diverse landscapes, and great panoramic views. We had a wonderful autumn vacation.

Great vacation rental!
We really liked the Diemelgarten vacation apartment. Especially the quiet and idyllic location, which is also a great starting point for excursions. The apartment is well equipped, modern and comfortably furnished. We will be happy to come back!
