Excellent stay with a very friendly and helpful owner. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with a balcony overlooking the beach and sea and direct access to the beachfront. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. There are a few dining options nearby, but there are many more choices available in Split. There are two supermarkets and a bakery close-by. The apartment has reserved parking in front. The only downside (and a problem with all of the beachfront apartments in this area) is that the apartment backs onto the main coastal road, meaning that there is traffic noise in the rear bedroom. This may or may not bother you – it was not loud enough to bother us during our stay.

We had an overall pleasant stay. The apartment was well maintained, although we found that it could use a few more kitchen utensils for cooking. Nevertheless, the location was great for getting around.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully furnished, and the layout was perfect for our group. We loved the opportunity to cook together and enjoy meals on the balcony with a beautiful view. The nearby attractions, like the Diocletian Palace, were easily accessible. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was not only modern but also spacious enough for our family of four. Every morning was a highlight, waking up to the stunning sea view from the balcony. Additionally, the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the nearby beaches.
