You spend your holidays in our top modern bungalow with private pool only 100 metres away from the sea and the beaches. Whether as a couple or as a family, you will find your oasis of well-being here.
The traditional bungalow was completely renovated and modernised inside and out in 2023.
Two air-conditioned bedrooms with integrated mosquito protection at the windows await you. The original Mallorcan shutters provide a pleasant darkening.
You can choose between a double bed and two single beds.
A satellite TV is available in every room for relaxation.
Furthermore, the couch in the living room offers additional sleeping possibilities if needed.
The open design of the very well equipped kitchen with island invites you to cook together. The air-conditioned dining and living area with its panoramic window offers a beautiful view of the spacious terrace with its embedded pool. Here, too, all windows are equipped with mosquito protection.
The tasteful bathroom has a ground-level shower area with a rainforest shower. You can also use the poolside shower, which also has a rainforest shower head and is connected to the house's hot/cold water system.
A modern guest toilet is also at your disposal.
Take a dip in the inviting pool. The pool is embedded in the terrace and can be comfortably accessed via wide steps. The water depth is 1.45 metres at every point. The water quality is automatically controlled by a state-of-the-art pool technology with salt electrolysis and PH automatic. The water is pleasantly soft and gentle on sensitive skin. The modern outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located directly next to the pool. The entire property is not visible from the outside, you can move freely and undisturbed. You have the choice between two terrace areas.
In the upper area by the pool you will find various pool furniture to relax on. The extendable dining table and a gas barbecue are also at your disposal outside. Three awnings provide sufficient shade at all times.
In the centre of the lower terrace, which is laid with natural stones, there is a lemon tree. You can relax around it in the lounge furniture.
In the garage, which you can enter directly through the kitchen, you will find the washing machine and another large cupboard for storing your luggage. There is also a safe for your valuables. In the garage you will also find the bicycles.
Beaches in the immediate vicinity
There are several picturesque bays with fine pebble beaches in the immediate vicinity. The beaches are very well maintained and showers are also available. One of the most beautiful bays "Cala de La Foradada" can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The holiday home is located on the north coast of Vinaros , only about 100 metres from the sea and beaches and about 3.5 km from the centre.
Vinaros is located on the Costa del Azahar between Barcelona and Valencia.
The airports of Castellon (70 km), Valencia (150 km) and Barcelona El Prat (200 km) are served by various airlines. From there you can travel to Vinaros by train, bus or rental car.

The tourist accommodation in Vinaros consists mainly of holiday homes, which are located along the coastal road (Costa Carretera), especially on the north coast. The centre of Vinaros is almost car-free and characterised by the very beautiful and large promenade, which was completely tunnelled a few years ago. In the many small alleys of the old town there are numerous bars and shops that invite you to shop and linger.

Beautiful houses
Best house ever, everything beautiful, decorated with taste and love.
The house is fully equipped, especially the kitchen, and all rooms are fully air-conditioned and spacious.
We had a fantastic two weeks.
