Only the ground floor of the house is available for rent. The upper floor of the house is not for rent and will never be inhabited during the rental period.
Thus, as a tenant, you have exclusive use of the entire property, pool, mooring, terraces, etc. Dining room with view and access to the terrace and pool area. Large leather couch, armchair, SAT-TV. Dining area with table, chairs, and access to the adjoining kitchen.
Modern kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.
From the kitchen you have access to the front covered and wind-protected terrace with large table, chairs, and wonderful shaded area. You can also access the utility room directly from the kitchen; here you will find: an additional refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and a shower, as well as cleaning utensils.

The house has central heating and can be very well heated during the cooler season.
Access to the canal can be closed off with a small gate for the safety of children and dogs.
