With its 180m2 living space and 500m2 outside space, the villa can accommodate up to 8 persons.

On the high ground floor there is one bedroom with bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a bright and open living room furnished with great taste with direct access to the villa´s terrace and pool outside.

On the high first floor there is a laundry room and three more comfortable bedrooms - all with double beds (180x200), its own bathroom and balcony with partial sea-view.

All rooms in Villa are air-conditioned. On disposal, guest also have:
WiFi Internet, Beddings / Towels, Smart TV / Sat, two parking spots and a garage.

The refreshing 32m2 private pool is the centerpiece of the villa and is where you will probably spend most of your holiday. Another highlight is a terrace with grill area where you can prepare delicious local specialties with your loved ones.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 31 days before the arrival date.

The cancellation costs will be calculated from the date on which M. POLO d.o.o. receives a written request for the cancellation, and it is as follows: For the cancellation up to 31 days prior the arrival, traveler will receive full refund. For the cancellation in the period between 30 and 22 days prior the arrival , M. POLO d.o.o. charges 30% of the full price of the reservation. For the cancellation in the period between 21 and 8 days prior the arrival, M. POLO d.o.o. charges 70% of the full price of the reservation. For the cancellation in the period between 7 and 0 days prior the arrival, M. POLO d.o.o. charges 100% of the full price of the reservation. If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, M. POLO d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation. For every cancellation of the reservation M. POLO d.o.o. charges 15 EUR of administrative expenses.
