The owners of the beautiful family house in Medulin invite you to enjoy a holiday in a peaceful atmosphere. The first thing you notice when entering the fenced-in plot is the spacious and partly paved terrace with garden furniture. The stone wall surrounding the property in combination with the vines ensures peace and privacy. The furnishing is cosy, on the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The ground floor is tiled, while the bedrooms have wooden floors.
The distance from the property to the beach is 700 metres and the distance to the centre is 400 metres. The nearest grocery shop is 200 metres from the property. In 300 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Everything went smoothly
Dear Mr. Kiwitt, we were very satisfied with the house and the service. We arrived at 11:00 and were able to move into our house right away, everything went smoothly. Super schön
A great house, superb with air conditioning that makes it possible to sleep well even on very hot days. Outside is a lot covered with plants, so it doesn't get too hot in the garden either. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, it was the right choice for us.
