Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf Bodden, ruhige Straße. Große Terrasse, hochwertige Holzböden im 1. OG. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vermietungsbüro sehr freundlich.

The furnishings and location were great. We were there with 3 children and found it super to have so much space in connection with the seclusion. Of course, you have to drive if you want to experience something. However, the weather forecast for the duration of the vacation was really bleak and very wet. For no money would I have been better accommodated elsewhere in bad weather than here. Plenty of space for playing, painting, baking, cooking, or doing everything at once. Even a lot of literature for every age and interest. Great that there was also everything for cleaning devices, including a washing machine.

The holiday home was super beautiful, everything needed was there! The large terrace is a dream! The path to the beach is short, the beach is beautiful. The perfect property for children!

We spent 6 days in this semi-detached house and were positively surprised by the spaciousness of both floors! 1 star deduction for cleanliness, as some details were indeed criticized. I work in the hotel industry and might therefore look a little more closely. There is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the friendliness of the staff at Rügenvermittlung. It was really difficult for us to find a holiday home for a vacation with 3 generations and 3 dogs through the normal portals. The team at Paradies Rügen helped us a lot and deserves a big praise. Almost all wishes were taken into account. We are aware that not everything can be considered. Therefore, the explanation for deducting 1 star for the location. Basically, the house is in a very nice quiet location. TOP for the older generation. With children, you always have to take the car to experience something. But within 30 minutes there is a lot to do. Sometimes I just wished to be able to walk out of the house and stroll along the promenade within 200m - without using a car. But you can't have everything good at once. Positive: there was no road with all the car noise, in the morning the sheep were in the pasture behind the house (my daughter was thrilled) and you could see/hear the sound of the Baltic Sea daily...it was just hard to reach. But overall very recommendable. Nevertheless! Regarding the equipment, I deducted 1 star because I missed a little extra. We have been on vacation where there were spices, tea bags, and such little things available. That deserved the 5 stars. All in all, I can recommend this holiday home without any ifs and buts! In fact, we are considering booking this holiday home again, as the overall good outweighs everything else! ;-)

Since the accommodation is still very new, there are still some things missing in the kitchen like a noodle strainer, long glasses, small sauce ladle, noodle tongs. The house is beautiful and also a great location for retirees. For us with a child, it wasn't great because the house was suggested by you as our original choice was double-booked, we had to take it. Sure, if we hadn't had a child with us, it would have been a great deal, but it was bad for us because we always had to pay for parking at the beach and needed a car whenever we wanted to go to the beach. What is also really annoying, which is not your fault, is that you always have to pay for parking everywhere.

The house is beautiful and also a great location for retirees. For us with children, it wasn't ideal, but since it was suggested by them because our original booking was double-booked, we had to take it. Of course, if we hadn't had a child with us, it would have been a great deal, but it was lousy because we always had to pay for parking at the beach and we always needed a car when we wanted to go to the beach.
Another really annoying thing, although it's not their fault, is that you always have to pay for parking everywhere.

Wir haben 6 Tage in dieser Doppelhaushälfte verlebt und waren positiv überrascht über die Geräumigkeit beider Etagen! 1 Stern Abzug bei der Sauberkeit, da tatsächlich hier und da Feinheiten bemängelt wurden. Ich selbst arbeite im Hotelgewerbe und schaue dadurch vllt.etwas genauer hin. Über die Freundlichkeit des Personals der Rügenvermittlung gibt es rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Es war für uns als Urlaub mit 3 Generationen und 3 Hunden echt schwierig, über die normalen Portale ein Ferienhaus zu finden. Das Team vom Paradies Rügen hat uns hierbei sehr geholfen und ein echt dickes Lob verdient. Es wurden fast alle Wünsche berücksichtigt. Das nicht alles bedacht werden kann ist uns klar. Deshalb gleich die Erklärung, warum 1 Stern bei der Lage abgezogen wurde. Prinzipiell befindet sich das Haus in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage. Für die ältere Generation TOP. Mit Kindern muss man, um etwas zu erleben, immer das Auto nehmen. Da gibt es aber binnen 30 min doch einiges zu erleben. Aber manchmal hätte ich mir gewünscht, einfach aus dem Haus zu gehen und in 200 m zumindestens mal durch die Promenade zu schlendern - ohne Autonutzung. Aber man kann eben nicht alles Gute beisammen haben. Positiv: es gab keine Straße mit dem ganzen Autolärm, morgens standen die Schafe auf der Weide hinter dem Haus (meine Tochter war begeistert) und das Rauschen der Ostsee konnte man täglich sehen/hören......es war nur schwer erreichbar. Aber insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.trotzdem! Hinsichtlich der Ausstattung habe ich 1 Stern abgezogen, da mir ein wenig das Extra fehlte. Wir waren schon im Urlaub, da waren Gewürze, Teebeutel und so Kleinigkeiten vorhanden. Das verdiente die 5 Sterne. Summasummarum kann ich dieses Ferienhaus OHNE wenn und aber empfehlen! Tatsächlich sind wir am Überlegen, dieses Ferienhaus erneut zu buchen, da die Summe des Guten eindeutig überwiegt! ;-)
