A beautiful house with a very good spacious layout. The furnishings are very high quality and carefully chosen with a lot of love. If you love nature and seek tranquility, you are in good hands here. We had a wonderful vacation here and would love to come back.

We were really very satisfied with the house, if there had been a terrace as well, it would have been perfect. But even so, we could enjoy the evening sunset. You can take a wonderful walk with the dog in the Zickersche Mountains and the dog beach is not far away by bike either. The grocery store in Mrs. Richter's village is also highly recommended. In short, we are very satisfied and had a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Since the accommodation is still very new, there are still a few things missing in the kitchen, such as a pasta strainer, long glasses, a small sauce ladle, and pasta tongs.
The house is beautiful and also a great location for retirees. For us with children, it wasn't ideal, but since it was suggested by them because our original booking was double-booked, we had to take it. Of course, if we hadn't had a child with us, it would have been a great deal, but it was lousy because we always had to pay for parking at the beach and we always needed a car when we wanted to go to the beach.
Another really annoying thing, although it's not their fault, is that you always have to pay for parking everywhere.

Our best accommodation on Rügen by far! Fantastic location for those who love peace and a view of the water. Perfect for walks with and without a dog in the Zicker Mountains. The house is very beautiful and high-quality furnished, everything was very clean. The friendly customer service from Paradies Rügen is top! We are thrilled :-)

The house is very spacious, modern and generously cut. It is well equipped (washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, vacuum robot, etc.). The bathrooms are bright and modern. The view of the sea is priceless! We would love to come back.

We spent 6 days in this semi-detached house and were positively surprised by the spaciousness of both floors! 1 star deduction for cleanliness, as some minor details were actually criticized here and there. I work in the hotel industry myself and therefore maybe look a little more closely. There is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the friendliness of the Rügenvermittlung staff. It was really difficult for us to find a holiday home for a vacation with 3 generations and 3 dogs through the normal portals. The team from Paradies Rügen helped us a lot here and deserves a really big compliment. Almost all wishes were taken into account. We are aware that not everything can be considered. Therefore, the explanation why 1 star was deducted for the location. Basically, the house is in a very beautiful and quiet location. TOP for the older generation. With children, you always have to take the car to experience something. But there is quite a bit to experience within 30 minutes. But sometimes I would have liked to just go out of the house and stroll along the promenade at least 200 meters away - without using the car. But you can't have everything good together. Positive: there was no street noise, in the morning the sheep were in the pasture behind the house (my daughter was thrilled) and you could see/hear the sound of the Baltic Sea every day ... it was just difficult to reach. But overall, highly recommended! Regarding the equipment, I deducted 1 star because I missed a little extra. We've been on vacation where spices, tea bags, and little things were available. That deserved the 5 stars.
All in all, I can recommend this holiday home without any ifs or buts! In fact, we are considering booking this holiday home again, as the sum of the good clearly outweighs! ;-)
