Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, besonderer Plus Punkt ist der inklusive Eintritt in das sehr schöne Ahoi! Schwimmbad in Sellin.

Super Lage, nur 100m zur Ostsee, sehr ruhig, Objekt hat 3 abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder mit Dusche und WC. Küche ist mit allem wichtigem augestattet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Die Dichtung in der obigen Dusche ist undicht und das Wasser läuft raus. Die rechte Lampe am Spiegel im unteren Bad ist defekt. Und es fehlte leider kleine Messer zum schälen von Kartoffeln o.ä . Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Die Bebauung der Anlage ist großzügig, so dass kein Gefühl der Enge aufkommt. Der Strand ist auch für kleinere Kinder gut geeignet und sauber. Einziges Manko ist die fehlende Waschmöglichkeit (war bekannt), Sellin bzw. Binz bieten aber Waschsalons. Der Dorfladen in Lobbe bietet am Vormittag Brötchen und die nötigsten Dinge.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinem Meerblick und nur wenigen Gehminuten bis zum ruhigen und schönen Strand. Ruhige Umgebung mit einigen verfallenen Baracken im Wald.

Kleiner Tipp- bei 3 SZ wäre es auch schö, wenn 3 SZ bezogen wären- denn es ist ja klar das eine 8 jährige Tochter nicht mit einem 20 jährigen Sohn das Zimmer teilt . Dafür bucht man ja 3 SZ.

Very nice and well-maintained apartment, short distance to the beach. The development of the complex is generous, so that no feeling of confinement arises.
The beach is also suitable and clean for smaller children.
The only downside is the lack of washing facilities (which was known), but Sellin or Binz offer laundromats.
The village shop in Lobbe offers bread rolls and the most necessary things in the morning.

The seal in the above shower is leaking and the water is running out. The right lamp on the mirror in the lower bathroom is broken. Unfortunately, there were no small knives for peeling potatoes or similar.
Other than that, we were very satisfied with the apartment.

The vacation apartment is modernly furnished, and was very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a television in each room. The bathrooms are modern and stylish. Everything was in perfect order and the complex is highly recommended. The beach is 100 meters away. Good local connections. Restaurants within a 2-minute walk. The restaurant "Seeteufel" is highly recommended, delicious and affordable.
