Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Aussicht und die Lage ist fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Couch war sehr bequem, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Plus Punkt war für mich auch die Waschmaschine im Badezimmer, das es einen Staubsauge gibt und das es einen Aufzug im Haus gibt.

Es gibt keinerlei Kritik, eine toll eingerichtet Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Ostsee. Auch die Parkplätze hinterm Haus sind toll mit einem direkten Zugang zum Aufzug

A beautiful apartment with a great view of the Baltic Sea, and in the evening, the south-facing sun balcony is simply wonderful. The only drawback: the basement stairs are way too steep for bicycles. There is no option to store the bicycles outside, but that is probably due to the limited space behind the house. However, there is no communal bike cellar, which is probably not desired by the other residents. But there is a separate cellar where, if you move the things standing there a bit to the side, you can store the bicycles.

A nice apartment with a great view of the Baltic Sea, and in the evenings the balcony gets the sun, just great.
The only downside: the cellar stairs are much too steep for bicycles. There is no option to store the bicycles outside, but that is probably due to the limited space behind the house. However, there is no shared bike storage room, presumably the other residents do not want it. But there is a private basement where you can store the bicycles if you move the things standing there to the side a bit.
