The location directly on the beach, the great view of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding villages are unbeatable. The well-maintained park, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are just a few steps away. We are happy to spend our vacations in one of the beautiful apartments in the following years as well.

A beautiful apartment with a great view of the Baltic Sea, and in the evening, the south-facing sun balcony is simply wonderful. The only drawback: the basement stairs are way too steep for bicycles. There is no option to store the bicycles outside, but that is probably due to the limited space behind the house. However, there is no communal bike cellar, which is probably not desired by the other residents. But there is a separate cellar where, if you move the things standing there a bit to the side, you can store the bicycles.

A nice apartment with a great view of the Baltic Sea, and in the evenings the balcony gets the sun, just great.
The only downside: the cellar stairs are much too steep for bicycles. There is no option to store the bicycles outside, but that is probably due to the limited space behind the house. However, there is no shared bike storage room, presumably the other residents do not want it. But there is a private basement where you can store the bicycles if you move the things standing there to the side a bit.
