For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

The town of Bernkastel-Kues charges a guest contribution (Kurbeitrag) of currently € 1.50 per person and night. In return, the guest receives a guest card with which some benefits can be claimed. The guest contribution is payable in cash on site.
