Villa Nascosta offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. It is located in a small Istrian village "Kacana", only 4 km from Vodnjan and 14 km from Pula. To reach the beautiful beaches in Fažana and Peroj, it is only a 10 km drive.

This holiday home is part of a series of interconnected houses. With an interior area of 100 m2, it offers a cosy living space.

The private pool, sauna and private bathrooms are sure to create an impression of exclusivity among all guests.

The ground floor is open plan and connects the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a couch and chairs for relaxing, while the dining area has a small table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a fireplace/grill. What makes the kitchen unique is its versatility. The space can be adapted to suit your needs - whether semi-open, open or closed with a sliding glass wall. When open, it connects seamlessly with the outdoor area near the pool, creating a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, TV and air conditioning.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bath and shower.

Outside, there is a 14 m2 private pool surrounded by greenery. The house also offers three convenient parking spaces.

Overall, Villa Nascosta offers a comfortable and well-equipped retreat for up to 4 guests with its cosy living area, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a refreshing pool.
