2 Room Apartment Deluxe: The spacious 75 m2 flat and large 13 m2 balcony is beautifully located on the 1st floor with beautiful unobstructed views and plenty of privacy.
Completely renovated in 2023 with new flooring, furnishing, kitchen and bathroom. The 2 room Deluxe flat has a large living room with corner sofa, smart TV, dining area, air conditioning, separate luxury kitchen with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, large fridge etc. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity unit and spacious rain shower. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds.
The flat is suitable for 1-4 persons. All beds are made and towels are provided. In between (if desired) the towels are changed 3 times a week and a quick cleaning is done. We also do the final cleaning for you, so basically the luxury of a hotel and the space of a flat. Soap, shampoo etc. are also provided, what a luxury!
It is possible to have a breakfast box delivered to your flat. This is an extensive box with delicious bread, toppings, orange juice, egg and a local dish.

Location and surroundings of object
The small complex with 21 flats has a large pool of 200 m2 and is quietly located. We do not allow youth groups etc.; it is an adults-only complex. However, the supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and there are many restaurants.
Our apartment complex is located in the heart of the Algarve, near Santa Eulália. The airport is in Faro, from where it is recommended to rent a car and discover the beautiful surroundings and nature. Parking is available at our flats based on availability. In short, an ideal location!
Should you come to relax, there are lovely beds in the apartment as well as by the pool. The apartment has a large smart TV on which you can also Netflix, among other things. Should you need to work in between as well, no problem, at the pool and in the flat there is a good wifi connection. So that too can continue.
The apartment has air conditioning which can cool in hot times and heat in cold times, ideal. In winter, it is possible to rent the flat for a longer period. Ask for the possibilities. In any case, you are most welcome...

Filipa is your friendly on-site hostess and is happy to welcome you at reception. Together with her colleague Cée, they try to do everything they can to provide a nice stay for you. Filipa speaks good English, Portuguese and Spanish and lives at the complex herself. She is at work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
