In a quiet cul-de-sac and yet in a central location is the FeWo Anna. It is located on the 1st floor in the old dairy of Hooksiel. There is only one other flat in the house, all other flats are permanently rented. The apartment Anna has 52 sqm living space with a large south-facing balcony. You can have breakfast there in the sun or end the evening with a view of the roofs and the bell tower of Hooksiel. Use of the garden, double bed (180x200), sofa bed (150x200), TV and WLAN are available, an electric piano is also available. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large fridge with freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, a coffee machine and a solid equipment with cooking utensils, dishes and glasses. In the kitchen you will also find a dishwasher, dryer sheets and all the necessary cleaning and dishwashing products. A private parking space and a lockable garage for your bicycles are also available. You are also welcome to use the garden in front of the house.
Ideal for two people or for couples, a children's travel bed can also be added on request. In the living room there is a sofa bed, so that a third sleeping possibility is also available.

Location and surroundings of object
The FeWo Anna is located in the old centre of Hooksiel in a quiet cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic. From the balcony you can see the sun rise over the roofs of Hooksiel. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. You can walk to the old harbour and along the old dike and then walk along the Hooksmeer through the forest to the beach. The surrounding area is also wonderful to explore by bike. The coastal resort of Hooksiel is located about 15 km north of Wilhelmshaven on the North Sea and is best reached by car: A1 to Ahlhorner Dreieck, A29 to exit 4 (Horumersiel, Schillig, Hooksiel), then about 10 km to Hooksiel. Pass the 1st exit "Hooksiel", old harbour (at the red buoy!) and continue to the roundabout. At the roundabout, turn right directly towards "Hooksiel Ortsmitte". Straight ahead across the "Lange Straße".
Before the pedestrian zone, turn right into "Pakenser Straße". The car park is on the left behind the restaurant "Zum Anker" in the courtyard (parking for apartment 4). Entrance to the holiday flat via the staircase (across the courtyard towards the street, "Obernstraße 4").

Cancellation terms:
- Bei Rücktritt vom Mietvertrag oder bei nicht vollständiger oder verspäteter Zahlung der Miete sind, wenn die Wohnung nicht anderweitig vermietet werden kann, zu zahlen: bis 2 Wochen nach Vertragsabschluss: 100 € und bei weniger als 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn der gesamte Betrag. Der Rücktritt muss schriftlich durch eingeschriebenen Brief erfolgen. Es wird der Abschluss einer Reisekosten-Rücktrittversicherung empfohlen (z.B. ADAC oder über ein Reisebüro). Bitte wenden Sie sich bei Stornierung direkt an die Vermieterin.
