Villa Charo" on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia is a luxurious, fully furnished house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms for use, a large kitchen-living area and several balconies and terraces. The furnishing is of high quality and modern country style. Good air conditioning in all rooms by ceiling fans.
Due to the mild climate all year round, you can use an exceptional open-air kitchen with a large dining area. Besides a gas cooker and barbecue, there is even a traditional large wood-burning oven for baking bread, pizza and other dishes. If it gets a bit chilly in the evening, there is also a warming mushroom.
Another highlight is the 11 x 6 metre salt water swimming pool with outdoor shower.
From Villa Charo, you look out over plantations, fincas and an agricultural landscape where organic products are largely produced, directly onto the Mediterranean coast of Algarrobo Costa. In the evening, you can hear the goatherd leading his flock back to the stable with jingling bells.
Villa Charo belongs to Algarrobo Pueblo, is located in the middle of a separately cultivated mango plantation and can be reached via a small serpentine asphalt road. The entire large property with several car parking spaces is fenced and can only be entered and driven through a secured automatic gate. Furthermore, there is an alarm system connected to a security service.
Depending on the season, lemons, oranges, mandarins, kumquats, medlars and many other Mediterranean plants grow on the grounds. If you are lucky, you can observe chameleons in the leaves of the trees directly around the house.
Joana, a student, lives in the house and takes care of the house, the grounds and the swimming pool. She is also available to help our guests with organisational questions and tips for the region. In principle, however, the whole house, except for the private area of the hostess, can be used as one's own house with corresponding privacy.
