Located just 1.9 km from the beach at Marina di Grosseto, this small villa is set in the middle of a huge garden with a beautiful swimming pool (5x10m, depth 1.4m).
Flowering shrubs, century-old olive trees, tall cypresses, and a well-maintained lawn are very harmoniously arranged around the house and pool. Additionally, the garden is fenced and a tall hedge protects guests from prying eyes.
There are two parking spaces in the garden! The house features a large covered patio in front of the living area overlooking the pool.
Here, you will prefer to have your meals and spend pleasant evenings with a glass of wine.
The house is simply yet very practically furnished.
It has two bedrooms, a sofa bed, and two shower-baths, and includes a dishwasher and washing machine, satellite TV, and internet connection.
All windows have fly screens.
The house is equipped with its own central heating. IL BRAMSOLE is suitable for max. 4 adults and 2 children!
The Villetta is attached to the back of the owner's daughter's house, but is completely independent!
The garden and pool are exclusively reserved for the guests!

Location and surroundings of object
Villetta Bramasole located 2km from the village in a small, scattered housing estate. Between the house and the sea, the Pineta runs - the typical pine forest of the region.
Access to the house is via a paved road.
Grosseto with its historic city walls and Old Town offers many options of bars, cafes and Ristoranti and serious shopping!
Castiglione della Pescaia is 10 km away.
Trips to Capalbio to Sculpture Park Niki Saint Phalle,
the Monte Argentario Peninsula, or in the Maremma Natural Park are absolute highlights and are a must.
The hinterland of the Maremma is very beautiful and always interesting for a trip. Also Siena can be reached in one and a half hours! The sandy beaches at Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia are among the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Italy.
Marina di Grosseto has evolved in recent years into a modern seaside resort. There is a large beach promenade with countless Ristoranti, bars, cafes and bistros. In addition to managed beaches with sun beds and umbrellas can be found km free beaches. A large portion of which is a designated dog beach.
The village has all the shops, a modern marina and the old fishing harbor with the traditional boats.

Holiday with dog
A very nice, well-maintained house, the furnishings are simple but functional. Everything was very clean
The garden is completely fenced and very beautiful. The pool was cleaned every day. The landlord, Mr Bartolini, is very nice and obliging. We felt very comfortable there and will come again next year.

Very nice house with huge garden and beautiful pool
The house is located five minutes from Marina di Grosseto and the beaches, surrounded by fields and olive groves
The highlight is the beautiful, large and well-maintained garden, which is completely enclosed by a high hedge, so that you have complete peace and quiet and can also let small children or the dog play without worrying. The ancient olive trees and huge rosemary bushes give the whole thing that real Tuscany feeling
The pool is just as well-maintained, and you can relax in the shade in the pavilion right next to it. The house is clean, well laid out, and simply but completely furnished
We were there in September, when the temperatures were very pleasant, but for the high season air conditioning would not be a bad idea, as well as a sunshade for the terrace
The landlord was very nice, he doesn't speak German, but it was easy to communicate.
All in all, I can only recommend the holiday home.

Beautiful
We were totally impressed by the cleanliness and the beautiful garden. The beach and sights are easily accessible. The homeowner cleaned the pool daily. The only small downside was the military airport in Grosseto, as there are occasional takeoffs and landings of fighter jets. But we would still love to come back.

This house with the large fenced property is ideal for a vacation with dogs. The house is very well-maintained. The landlord is friendly and reserved. The beach is only a few kilometers away. In the off-season, you can let the dogs run freely on the beach. For September 2016, we have booked this house for the 4th time. Our 4 German Shepherds, who sleep in their trailer, feel very comfortable. This house can always be recommended with a clear conscience.

Ein kleiner Hinweis zu "Hunde am Strand" sei noch erwähnt: Zwischen Marina di Grosseto und Castiglione della Pescaia gibt es einen ausgewiesenen Hundestrand, an welchem ganzjährig Hunde frei laufen und sich austoben können und dürfen!
