The villa consists of two levels, there are no internal stairs. Separate entrance to each floor.
On the 1st level - a bedroom with a sofa, a kitchen, one bedroom, two bathrooms, a terrace with a pool of 24 m2 and a garden.
On the 2nd level there is a living room - a kitchen, a bedroom and one bathroom, a terrace with panoramic sea views.
There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room, and a washing machine is located in the bathroom on the 1st level.
At guests' disposal there is a private large parking lot in a fenced area and a stone grill.
The beach is about 50 meters away. Access to the beach was by stairs. The pebbly beach is 550 m. The nearest restaurants are 70 and 100 m. The city center with its restaurants and supermarkets is about 800-1000 m.

The island of Čiovo is connected to Trogir by two bridges. The nearest restaurant is 200 meters away, supermarkets are 300-800 meters away, and Split Airport is 8 km away.
Lidl and Kaufland supermarkets are 4 km away.
There is a promenade along the coast.
The beach consists of platforms with entrances to the sea, which are empty even during the season. If you are looking for a beach with a café and cocktails, it is 1.5 km away on the western part of the island. A pebble beach is 700 meters away, easily accessible on foot. Among the beautiful sights, there are two lagoons located 2 km from the villa, where tourists are taken by boat excursions, and you can reach them in just a few minutes.
This central part of the coast is suitable for visiting attractions, and the nearest one, 4 km away, is the ancient town of Trogir, which dates back to the 3rd century BC, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
