The apartments are located in the bay Tičić Mavarštica, which lies on the south side of the island of Ciovo, and km from Okrug Gornji, and 5 km away from Trogir.
From the bay you have a beautiful view of the central Dalmatian islands of Brac and Solta. If you prefer a quiet family holiday, offer you the peaceful environment with the clean sea and the beautiful nature the ideal vacation spot. But if they are looking for entertainment and nightlife, offer the vicinity of Trogir and Split many opportunities also live out of this. On site there is a small grocery store, a restaurant and a cafe 'bar, while larger shops and the market are to be found in nearby Okrug Gornji. In Trogir you can then numerous shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, vegetable and fish market, find, and other services to help you make your holiday enjoyable.
Čiovo ist eine wunderschöne Insel im Herzen Dalmatiens. An seinem nördlichsten Teil befindet sich die Südseite der Stadt Trogir, und es beinhaltet die Wohngebiete Arbanija und Slatine auf der Nordostseite, Žedno im mittleren Teil, und Okrug Gornji und Okrug Donji auf der Westseite.
Die Insel Čiovo bietet Ihnen gleichzeitig ruhige und versteckte Buchten, aber auch Plätze zur Unterhaltung, für Erholung und Sport. Die Westseite der Insel ist wegen ihrer Kiesstrände und der ruhigen Buchten beliebt, aber auch wegen der exzellenten Möglichkeiten für den Unterwasserjagd auf Fische. Entlang der Ostseite reihen sich ein kleiner Strand nach dem anderen, bzw. Plätze für eine ruhige und gute Erholung.
Für diejenigen, die der abenteuerliche Geist prägt, bietet sich die Möglichkeit des Motorboot-Verleihs, sowie eine Tour durch den Archipel der Insel Čiovo und den Nachbarinseln an. Die Südseite wiederum ist voll von versteckten und einsamen Buchten, die eine gute Erholung bieten.
Falls Sie sich sportlich betätigen möchten, befinden sich in Okrug Gornji Tennisspielplätze, auf denen sie den „weissen“ Sport geniessen können. In der Bucht Mavarštica befindet sich auch eine Tauchschule, mit Hilfe welcher Sie während Ihres Tauchganges die reichhaltige Flora und Fauna des kristallklaren Meers geniessen können.
Die Insel Čiovo bietet auch ein reichhaltiges Kulturerbe an, sowohl auf der Insel, als auch in der Stadt Trogir, und da die Insel mit einer Brücke mit dem Festland verbunden ist, bietet dieser Ort einen idealen Anfangspunkt für die weitere Erkundung Dalmatiens – der historischen Städte Split, Šibenik, Zadar, Dubrovnik, sowie des Nationalparks Krka oder der naheliegenden Inseln Brač oder Hvar. Wir empfehlen auch das Rafting auf dem Fluss Cetina , was Ihnen in der Schönheit des kristallklaren Wassers der Cetina, ein etwas anderes Dalmatien, das sich gleich hinterm Berg versteckt, zeigen wird.
