LUXURY VACATION APARTMENTS IN TROGIR - CROATIA
The recently renovated vacation house is situated in a cove on the penisula Ciovo near consists of three apartments, each for 2-4 (55m² ): bedroom (2 pers.), living-room (equipped with a couch which folds into a bed for 2 pers.), modern kitchen, satellite TV, DVD player, bathroom, air conditioning, heating, wireless LAN internet access and a large balcony or terrace with sea-
The kitchen of each apartment is equipped with an oven and four cooking plates, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and dishes. Furthermore there is a barbecue grill in the garden.
The next shop is in distance of about 80 m. Nearby there is a diving school. The town centre of Trogir is about 4 km away. Trogir is world famous for its preserved centre, the UNESCO granted it the title world heritage. Furthermore, there you can find different possibilities of sports and recreation, tennis, sailing and surfing. The distance to the city of Split is 30 km. Split is the major Croatian ferry port which offers frequent connections as well to neighbouring islands as to the city of Dubrovnik, Venice, Italy, etc. Besides this it offers a large variety of shopping centres and butiques. The historic city centre emerged from a roman palace. The Split International Airport is only 20km from our villa and offers frequent connections to Britain (Wizzair, Easyjet, etc.) and continental Europe (eg. Germanwings, Skyeurope).Trogir is a great starting point to explore the nearby national parks Krka and Kornati. The world famous Plitvice national park can easily be reached by motorway.

Leisure facilities and beaches near us
The sparkling sea is within reach - you cross our garden and stand directly on the azure blue Adriatic Sea. Bathing platforms offer sunbathing areas on this stretch of beach and provide easy access to the water. 20m from our house there is a small pebble beach, a few minutes walk away there are further pebble bays.
In front of our property there is a buoy where you can moor your own boats. There is a harbour in the centre of Okrug Gornji, which also has moorings for larger yachts. The nearest ACI marina with yacht charter facilities is in Trogir (approx. 4 km away). Shopping facilities can be found approx. 80m from the holiday home. There is a German-speaking diving school in the immediate vicinity. Tennis courts, a jet ski and scooter rental can be found 1.5 km away. There you will also find various sports facilities, tennis, sailing and canoeing, surfboard rental, wake boarding and even parasailing. The centre of the Unesco town of Trogir is about 4.5 km away (a bus connection is available, the bus stop is about 800m away). There is a rich cultural life there. Furthermore, diverse yacht charter metropolis Split is only 30 km away. In the surroundings there is a rich offer of further leisure possibilities, climbing on the Kozjak, rafting on the Cetina, canyoning, horse riding, canoe & kayak, free climbing, paraglyding, big game fishing, paintball, hunting with birds of prey. Offers can mostly be booked at short notice at the Atlas representation in Trogir.

A place to relax and unwind:
Based on positive reports from acquaintances, we rented a holiday flat in this holiday home and spent two wonderful and relaxing weeks in May/June 2019.
Starting with the booking formalities, a friendly welcome on arrival and lots of useful information during our stay, the service was excellent. The whole property was well maintained and the flat comfortably and tastefully furnished. All the necessary technical equipment was present. The air conditioning worked remarkably quietly.
We found the quiet location and the direct access to the water particularly pleasant. We were thrilled by the huge balcony, where we could relax undisturbed and enjoy the wide view of the sea.
The holiday home is easy to reach by car and because of its central location in Dalmatia it is a good starting point for trips to various sights and activities. Hikes along the coast and into the interior of the island CIOVO can be started at the garden gate. There is also a diving school in the immediate vicinity.
For us it is certain that we will book here again in the next years.
