Description

With 140 m², the holiday apartment or seminar house is very spacious and also ideally suited for a longer stay. Whether as a large family, group of friends, or small groups and clubs. The holiday apartment or seminar house has a cozy, roof-high multipurpose room with 65 m², 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a multi-bed room with 5 beds, a bathroom with separate WC, 2 additional toilets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room for 8-12 people. For larger groups, we can offer an additional bedroom with 2 beds in the annex.
The building was constructed in 2002. Ecology and building biology were very important to us in the building. The house is heated with a modern pellet heating system, and the hot water is heated with a solar system. For paints, flooring, and furniture, we placed value on natural materials and low levels of pollutants, and you will sleep on an organic mattress.

For larger groups, it is possible to set up additional mattresses. In good weather, there are seating options outdoors and a campfire area.

With us, you can also spend your vacation with your horse. We are a member of the IG Wanderreiten in Schwaben.

The holiday apartment is located on the edge of the small village of Reichertshofen in the middle of the Augsburg Western Forests Nature Park. The surroundings are very varied with hills, forests, and meadows. There are numerous hiking trails. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling, or horseback riding.
You can also start excursions to Legoland, Skyline Park, the thermal baths in Bad Wörishofen, or city tours in Augsburg or Mindelheim from here. Outdoor swimming pools or quarry lakes are within a radius of 10–15 km.

You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

We Helmut and Claudia have been living in the nature park with our animals (dog, cats and horses) for more than 20 years. Our property has changed again and again over the years. At the moment we have a holiday flat with 6 beds to offer and are a trail riding station, i.e. you can stay with us with your own horses. For this purpose, we have an additional riding room with 3 beds in another building. In addition, there is an osteopathic practice in the holiday apartment building. We are looking forward to our guests; maybe we will get to know each other soon.
