Description
The newly built stone house is situated on the hillside above the mountain village of Mirthios and has a great sea view over Plakias Bay to the Paximadi Islands. The living room includes the sitting area, a kitchenette and dining area. 2 double bedrooms offer space for 4 persons, on the sitting area of the living room another 5 persons can sleep. Shower with WC and washbasin. In front of the house is a sun terrace with seating area and deck chairs. Outside shower.
The living room has a fireplace and the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, which can also heat. This also allows winter rental - at a reduced price, depending on duration and number of persons. The winter period starts at the end of the German autumn holidays and lasts until the beginning of the German Easter holidays.
The house is situated at the end of a well passable farm road, completely without through traffic.
On the same property there is another stone house with 2 living units and space for 2 to 8 persons.
The beach in Plakias is about 3 - 4 km away, 5 minutes by car. There in Plakias you will find all necessary shopping facilities, baker, butcher, organic food shop, supermarkets, hairdresser, pharmacies, doctor and German-speaking dentist. To the east and west of Plakias there are other beautiful sandy beaches, not overcrowded and with tavernas.
Mirthios is just under 1.5 km away. There are 4 tavernas here.
