The apartment on the top floor with the parking space directly in front of the house is wonderful - great location, so bright with large, widely opening windows, a fantastic balcony overlooking the forest. The house from the outside startled us a bit upon arrival, as it looks like a rental barracks. However, the first impression completely changed, everything very clean and very quiet. And the apartment is really great, with everything that belongs to it. We liked it very much that the apartment is modern and cozy. However, it should be noted that there is no elevator to the upper floors, which was not a problem for us, but is worth knowing. We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Everything was great. My suggestion for improvement: 1 magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Luckily, I had my own. Also, using the elevator would be helpful for arrivals and departures, as well as a nameplate at the apartment exchange.

Beautiful apartment, near the lake... unfortunately directly on the main road! 3rd floor, which is very difficult for older people! It would be desirable to have access to the elevator, which is only available to the tenants of the building! Very nice and helpful was Ms. Hohlfeld as a contact person for questions or issues!
