This beautiful villa in Key West style was added to our Seabim portfolio in December 2022.
Apricacium is located in an attractive neighborhood, with quick boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, without bridges or locks, with direct sailboat access.
The 5th bedroom is a tower suite, which is not connected to the living area. Enjoy this separate suite on the first floor with its own bathroom and a large private balcony. Access is only possible via an external spiral staircase. Spacious house with high ceilings

Traumvilla
In September 2011, we stayed at the Sanzabia house with 4 people. The house, with a double garage, located directly on the canal with a floor area of over 200 sqm, the open kitchen, the fairly large and partly quite deep pool with a spacious terrace and sun loungers, and a large modern grill, left nothing to be desired in terms of location, size, and very comfortable amenities. In the huge refrigerator and freezer, we were able to store all American juice and milk gallons ourselves. All appliances (stereo system, TV, air conditioning, oven, coffee maker, grill, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, etc.) worked perfectly and were easy to use. Sometimes we even preferred to stay "at home" by the pool to make the most of our time there. The house is ideal if you want to rent a motorboat because it has its own dock and quick access to the Gulf. We rented a small motorboat for a few days, on recommendation from the company Seabim (You only need a driver's license and must be over 21 years old). It was absolutely amazing! After being briefed in German by a very nice Swiss person, we cruised around - sometimes faster, sometimes leisurely - and saw dolphins, and swam when we felt like it. We were especially convinced by the excellent personal care: Already on the second day, a friendly staff member appeared, answered all our questions about the surroundings and the villa (in German), and provided us with plenty of information material. Based on her recommendation, we visited beautiful places, beaches, and interesting shopping centers. We were always able to quickly clarify brief questions by phone from the villa at no cost. We took a lovely day trip to the Everglades. In addition, we spent two days in Key West to ensure a stress-free visit while still being able to see the famous sunset. It was, not least, thanks to this beautiful villa, a dreamy holiday that will always remain positively in our memories.
