This beautiful Key West Style villa joined the Seabim Vacation Portfolio in December 2022.
Apricacium is situated in an attractive neighborhood providing quick boating access to the Gulf of Mexico without any bridges or locks - direct sailboat access.
The 5th bedroom is a tower-suite that is not connected to the living area. Enjoy this suite on the second floor with en-suite bathroom and a big private balcony. Access is only possibly via an outside spiral stair case.

ELECTRICITY: Electricity is included at $100 per week (which is usually sufficient) *** TAXES: In Cape Coral there is a 11.5% tax (Sales and Tourist Tax) LICENSES AND TRUST ACCOUNTS: It is strictly prohibited in Florida to hold funds for others without keeping meticulous records in an escrow or trust account. These escrow accounts are subject to inspection by the state (Department of Business and Professional Regulation or DBPR for short). In order for the state to give permission to even keep such accounts, you need certain licenses (exams must be taken, fingerprints are taken, criminal history is investigated, etc.). We have ALL the necessary licences and of course we keep the prescribed trust accounts.*** |
Cancellation terms:
- REBOOKING, CANCELLATION, TRAVEL INSURANCE A processing fee of $100.00 will be charged for all changes to this booking. Any change requires written confirmation. Any change that is made after conclusion of this agreement (for example: change of property or time period) will be treated as a cancellation and subsequent new booking, I.E. terms of cancellation apply if not confirmed otherwise. Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. The relevant date to calculate the cancellation period below is the day of reception of the cancellation notice. In addition to the above described processing fee of $100, the following cancellation fees apply to all booking cancellations: Up to 45 days prior to commencement of rental 30% of rental fee 44-31 days prior to commencement of rental 50% of rental fee 30-15 days prior to commencement of rental 80% of rental fee 14-0 days prior to commencement of rental 100% of rental fee

Our family business has been operating locally in Cape Coral since 2002. Due to our extreme guest orientation, we are market leaders in terms of occupancy (80% on average) as well as regular guests / referrals (approx. 60%). Electricity is always included at $100 per week, which will be sufficient. So no additional payments are to be expected at the end.
We do NOT take a deposit from our guests (trust instead of mistrust ... and avoid trouble for the guests after the holiday).
ALL houses are exclusively managed and rented by us. So you have to deal only and exclusively with us and not with the already "self-willed" owner or any property management, which is not allowed to decide anything.

Traumvilla
Wir waren im September 2011 mit 4 Personen im Haus Sanzabia. Das Haus mit einer Doppelgarage, direkt am Kanal gelegen mit einer Grundfläche von über 200 qm, der offenen Küche, dem ziemlich großen und teilweise recht tiefem Pool mit großzügiger Terrasse und den Liegestühlen und einem großen modernen Grill ließ von der Lage, der großen Fläche und der sehr komfortablen Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Im riesigen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank konnten wir selbst sämtliche amerikanischen Saft- und Milchgallonen verstauen. Alle Geräte (Stereoanlage, Fernseher,Klimaanlage, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Grill, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Trockner etc.) funktionierten einwandfrei und waren leicht zu bedienen. Manchmal blieben wir sogar lieber "zuhause" am Pool, um die Zeit dort richtig auszunutzen. Das Haus ist ideal, wenn man sich ein Motorboot mieten möchte, weil es eigene Anlegestelle und einen schnellen Golfzugang aufweist. Wir haben für ein paar Tage - auf Empfehlung der Firma Seabim- ein kleines Motorboot gemietet (Man benötigt ja nur einen Autoführerschein und muß über 21 Jahre alt sein). Das war der absolute Hammer!! Nach der Einweisung auf deutsch durch einen super netten Schweizer, cruisten wir - mal schneller, mal gemütlich - umher und sahen Delfine und schwommen, wenn uns danach zumute war.
Besonders die vorzügliche persönliche Betreuung hat uns sehr überzeugt: Bereits am zweiten Tag erschien eine sympathische Mitarbeiterin beantwortete uns alle Fragen zur Umgebung und zur Villa (auf deutsch) und versorgte uns mit zahlreichem Informationsmaterial. Auf ihre Empfehlung haben wir schöne Orte, Strände und interessante Einkaufszentren besucht. Kurze Fragen konnten wir stets spontan telefonisch von der Villa aus zum Nulltarif klären. Einen schönen Tagesausflug haben wir in die "Everglades" unternommen. Abgesehen davon, waren wir für zwei Tage - damit es stressfrei blieb und wir trotzdem den berühmten Sonnenuntergang sehen konnten - auf Key West. Es war, nicht zuletzt, durch diese wunderschöne Villa ein traumhafter Urlaub, der uns immer positiv im Gedächnis bleiben wird.
