Our holiday home has a spacious kitchen-living area equipped with a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available in the entire holiday home. The adjoining conservatory offers a dining room table and 4 chairs. By opening the sliding window fronts, you can also enjoy the warm evening hours in a relaxed way. You can also expect 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with double bed | bedroom 2 with single beds) and 2 daylight bathrooms (bedroom 1 with bathtub, WC & washing machine | bedroom 2 with shower & WC). All windows are equipped with fly screens. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided.
If you simply want to enjoy a day in a quiet private atmosphere, you will find exactly that at our solar-heated pool with outdoor shower, which can be reached via the terrace. Sun loungers with parasols invite you to relax there.
When arriving and departing as well as shopping, the private car park directly in front of the house makes it easy for you to load and unload.

Costa Calma is a small town on the east coast of Fuerteventura.
Casa Solea is located in a quiet area. In the near vicinity you will find a mini-market and a shopping centre with gastronomy. The town centre is also within walking distance (< 1 km) with various shopping opportunities as well as restaurants and bars. The beach is also within walking distance.

Depending on the tide, the beach invites you to take long walks. Several tours start in Costa Calma, from quad bikes to beach buggies. Of course, you will also find surf schools here!

Solea House
My husband and I had the pleasure of spending two wonderful weeks in Casa Solea at the beginning of March 2024.
We were thrilled with the house from the very first moment. A private parking space right in front of the door is a luxury in Costa Calma! Upon entering the house, you immediately feel at home. Everything is lovingly furnished. The bright and spacious kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with everything you need for a longer vacation, e.g. a large refrigerator with a big freezer. In the living area, there is a large, comfortable sofa and a modern flat-screen TV. From the living area, you enter a new conservatory with a spacious dining area. The glass sliding doors can be fully opened and then - our personal highlight - a private solar-heated pool! The mattresses in the bedroom were very good and not sagging! The whole house was very clean. The laundry supplies were generously sized. There were enough large beach towels and also plenty of bath and hand towels for the house. Additionally, there was a washing machine in case one wanted to quickly wash their swimwear in the evening. Since we had a rental car for the duration of our vacation, we could easily do our daily shopping on the way back. However, my husband preferred to walk to Café Berlin in the morning to get the delicious fresh rolls (about 12 minutes). The other shopping options are also easily reachable on foot in about 20-25 minutes.
We felt very comfortable in the Casa Solea and definitely want to come back!
