The detached house is situated in a small settlement in Lütetsburg in a prime location.
The golf course and Lütetsburg Castle are in the direct vicinity.
A tennis court and an equestrian farm are around the corner.
The small town of Hage is a few minutes away and offers everything you need for a nice holiday (restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, bakery, hairdresser, etc.).
In 10 minutes by car you are at the beach in Norrdeich or at the ferries to Norderney and Juist.
There are 5 bicycles in the garage - you can reach the dyke in 25 minutes.

| The rental prices include all additional costs - for an occupancy of up to 4 persons (each additional person 15€/night). Excluded is bed linen, which can be rented on request for €10/bed. There is also a final cleaning charge of €79. The municipality of Lütetsburg-Hage charges a visitor's tax of €2.00/day for adults, which is to be borne by the tenant and paid directly on site. Children and teenagers up to 18 years are free. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
