Inside the Finca Roche Viejo, there is a charming Villa with a garden of over 1200 m. situated in a natural setting that evokes peace and relaxation. Less than 700 mt from the beach and cliffs of the Roche Coast, it offers views of virgin beaches such as the de la Luz coast.
It has two double rooms ready to accommodate 4 guests and a rustic-style living room with high ceilings that offer exquisite decoration.
Villa La Alegria has a guest bedroom ready to accommodate up to three guests more. The guest bedroom is attached to the Villa but with an independent entrance and has a private brand new full bathroom ensuite (toilet, shower, and sink). Booking an extra bed in the guest bedroom for the 7th guest will increase the final budget in 70E/block of weeks.

With a grove and spacious lawn area with outdoor facilities such as a barbecue, Villa Alegria also offers two parking spaces. The porch overlooking the swimming pool makes the perfect space for coffee in the evening. The back terrace is ideal for outdoor lunch because it is near the kitchen and barbecue whilst offering all the comforts for guests.
Less than 1.5 km from the fishing port of Conil it is a perfect place to enjoy nature without straying far and at the same time has all the services you could wish for restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars ... etc

Roche Viejo is a rural environment dotted with small plots where you can find quiet and pleasant rural houses, most surrounded by small vegetables gardens where you can buy fresh vegetables directly to producers, or isolated pine trees of what was before the extensive pine forest of Roche, where the people of Conil usually spend the Holidays for your rest. It is a very recommended area to rest, as it is isolated from the main towns, but it is not lacking in services. We can find several campsites, restaurants, grocery stores, supermarket, etc. Conil is located about 4 km, by the road that a Conil with its port Pesquero, the place that should not skip visiting for its fresh fish restaurants. El Pinar de Roche is a protected natural area formed by a pinewood pine forest, located in Conil, which was declared a Place of Community Importance (LIC) in 2006, and integrated in the Natura 2000 network. This is the starting point of hiking and bikes routes, enjoy pic-nics by the river and the spring and autumn fungi collection. If you like nature, this is your place!

| In order to book the Villa,40% of the rental budget must be pay by bank transfer of paypal. Resting 60% plus a 300E deposit, will be paid at keys deliverys by cash. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the booking as soon the Villa and its installations are not suffered any damage, as usual. Villa La Alegria is ready to accommodate up to 4-7 guests. Divided in two bedrooms in the main house and a guest bedroom attached to the main house but with independent entrance. Booking guest bedroom fares are included in high season. Low season fares are up to 4 guests with a reduction price. Booking the guest bedroom will increase the final budget in 140E/2 guests/block of weeks. Booking an extra bed for the 7th guest will increase the final budget in 70E/block of weeks. Guest bedroom serves as you like to host a rest of your family or friends at the Villa, but it will be rented to another group of guests. No probs! :-) Booking a cot and baby chair will increase the final budget in 25E, (both items),/whole stay at the Villa. We do have lot of children toys for the beach and pool there are welcome to use of course for free. We do not allow any kind of celebrations at the Villas. We do have wifi free of charge, parking for two cars free of charge and dishwasher. |

It is recomendable to have a car to allow you move around, although the distances are short, you will be in a rural area. Private parking up to 2 cars is available for free in the plot of the Villa.
Gardening and pool maintenance is guarantee during your stay.
Tenants sleeping in our Villas are our guests and we will do our best to ensure a pleasant holidays, this is our job for!
