With its hardwood decor "Villa EL CORTIJO ANDALUZ" offers a pleasant alternative within the Finca Roche light and airy living room dominates the entrance of the house. This looks over the swimming pool, located in a natural setting ensuring a relaxing and quiet holiday for those who want to forget the stresses of everyday living. There is one double and one single room on the top floor and another double room on the ground floor, accommodating five people. With more than 1000 m of garden and grove there are high walls ensuring the privacy of residents within the estate. There is parking and an outdoor barbecue installed near the porch where one can lounge in the afternoon enjoying the sights of the gardenFood services, entertainment, restaurants .., etc. Room service is available during limited hours. Less than 700 m from the beaches of Roche and close to the beaches of Conil it offers sanctuary away from the bustle and night life of the town. Villa El Cortijo Andaluz: All the comforts of a chalet style ... Accommodation services are provided with bed linen, all kitchen utensils, and of course pool maintenance and gardening. All this for the comfort and enjoyment of the guests!

Roche Viejo is a rural environment dotted with small plots where you can find quiet and pleasant rural houses, most surrounded by small gardens gardens where you can buy fresh vegetables directly to producers, or isolated pine trees of what was before the extensive pine forest of Roche , where the people of Conil usually spend the Holidays for your rest. It is a very recommended area to rest, as it is isolated from the main towns, but it is not lacking in services. We can find several campsites, restaurants, grocery stores, supermarket, etc. Conil is located about 4 km, by the road that to Conil with its port Fishing, the place that should not skip visiting for its fresh fish restaurants. The Pinar de Roche is a protected natural area formed by a pinewood pine forest, located in Conil, which was declared a Place of Community Importance (LIC) in 2006, and integrated in the Natura 2000 network. This is the starting point of hiking and bicycling routes, enjoy pic-nics by the river and the spring and autumn fungi collection. If you like nature, this is your place!

| In order to book the Villa, 40% of the rental budget must be paid by bank transfer of paypal. Resting 60% plus a 300E deposit, will be paid at keys deliverys by cash. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the booking as soon as the Villa and its facilities are not suffered any damages, as usual. Villa El Cortijo Andalus is ready to accommodate up to 5-6 guests. Prices are for a maximum of 5 guests. An extra bed for the 6th guest will increase the final budget in 50E / block of weeks. Booking a cot and baby chair will increase the final budget in 30E, (both items), / whole stay at the Villa. We do have lots of children's toys for the beach and pool there are welcome to use of course for free. We do not allow any kind of cellebrations at the Villas. We do not have free wifi of charge, parking for two cars free of charge and dishwasher. |

It is recommended to have a car to allow you to move around, although the distances are short, you will be in a rural area. Private parking up to 2 cars is available for free in the plot of the Villa.

Tenants sleeping in our Villas are our guests and will do our best to ensure the pleasant holidays, this is our job for!

The house was exactly as described, gorgeous garden, great pool
The beaches all around are beautiful. You can also start many sightseeing tours. We felt comfortable all around. Carmen and her husband are very warm and friendly.

Our stay at Villa El Cortijo Andaluz was fantastic.
A very nice and peaceful house with a well-kept garden and pool.
A car is recommended for trips in the area, especially to the nearby town of Conil with its white houses and small, attractive streets and the beaches in the area.
Our hosts were very hospitable and helpful in all aspects.
We enjoyed our stay very much and can fully recommend the property.

Lovely villa
Villa El Cortijo is located in a lovely area of Andaluz. Beautiful beaches, nice, quiet villages, great food. The villa has a wonderful garden with pool which we enjoyed to the utmost. We were welcomed so warmly by Carmen and Juan that we felt at home from the start. Their tips of where to go in the area takes one of the beaten tracks. Wonderful holiday!
