The property is located in the village of Račja Vas on Ćićarija, in the municipality of Lanišće, at 692 m above sea level. In the center of the village there is a drinking water source, a church from 1580 and a bell tower from 1586. Račja Vas is a traditional mountain destination and a destination for mountain hiking.
