The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015 is a townhouse and rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and secluded location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For common use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Buzet, district Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm, open, closed garden plot, water plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property is part of an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone houses. Very suitable for a family or a larger group. Cieľi IST PAZ 068 (5 people), IST PAZ 069 (4 people), IST PAZ 070 (4 people), IST PAZ 071 (4 people), IST PAZ 072 (5 people), IST PAZ 073 (2 people) [6 ]] (3 people) and IST PAZ 075 (4 people) are in the same place. It is a place that is on the list under the protection of rural heritage and the reason the entire place is unpaved. Mirna (is a river) flows through the village. Their small waterfalls produce stones that form a kettle-shaped hole in the rock, hence the name of the village "Kessel" (kettle) (took from the rocks, Croatian-Nazi selo Kotli (kotao). The access goes via a side road (asphalted, rubble or gravel). Parking lot on the property and the street in front of the house.
