Fantastic location! Close to the beach of Hellevoetsluis and other attractions, The six rooms were a big plus for our group, I highly recommend this villa!

Spacious house, but it could use some updates. I also found it not nice that it only states that you can rent towels, nowhere does it mention that the bed linen is not included. You can still rent that, but I find 15 euros per person quite steep.

A very nice spacious house! It is a bit noisy, but that is the case in most houses. We had a fantastic weekend there. There isn't much to do in the park itself, so our children (ages 7 - 12) found that a bit disappointing. Furthermore, we had bought a lot of (Senseo) coffee pads because it was stated that a coffee machine would be present, but it turned out to be replaced with a Nespresso machine, very inconvenient! But we found the house itself nice and clean!

very friendly and correct reception. Clean, neat house, very spacious with all comforts available. Kitchen inventory not left in order by previous users, unfortunate. For 14 people, there could have been 1 or 2 more large cooking pots! Beautiful holiday park!

Overall we were happy with the spacious accommodations for our large group. The house was tastefully furnished, and it was helpful to have two kitchens, dryer and washer. We really missed having a BBQ, or at least access to one in a common area. Reception told us we would have had to purchase or bring one along. The kitchen utensils were somewhat sparse (No whisk, cheese grater, strainer, peeler), making us purchase some items. One of the dishwashers did not properly clean, so we had to re-wash some of the dishes. We were frustrated that none of the front balcony doors opened, leaving two out of four upstairs rooms without any means of ventilation overnight. Only one out of two key/card entries was functional, and one sink drain was broken and leaking onto the floor. It was not able to be fixed during our stay. One of the faucets was insecure and my husband needed to tighten the screws. But the neighborhood was attractive, parking was plentiful, there was a park nearby for kids to play, and it was a quick walk into town. The beach was not clean and swimmable due to algae growth, but the area was nice and there were many things to see within an hour range of driving.

We had a large house where everything was readily available. Enough dishes, glasses, cutlery, and seating. There should be extra checks on the stair gates, and we paid a lot of money for the cleaning, but the house didn't seem to have been mopped upon arrival.

The division is great. There is a washing machine and dryer, which was important for us since a lot of laundry accumulates with 11 people. We were satisfied. We would love to come back.
