The accommodation is very clean and perfect for a larger family. Very quiet area. Playground nearby and the sea almost on the doorstep. Highly recommended.

Nice spacious house, great location of the park. Furniture very old and damaged. Park itself (and reception building) is fine, beach, playground, etc.

Great house, some problems with the toilet. But someone came to look at this right away

Hele fijne tijd gehad, vriendelijk personeel. Echt een heel mooi park,je krijgt er gelijk een vakantie gevoel. Mooi en net huis, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Leuk strandje erbij op loopafstand van de woningen. Zou er zeker weer terugkomen.

Beautiful park and beautiful houses. Hellevoetsluis is a cozy place. Really worth it. Beware of all the extra costs at Roompot. There is currently a staff shortage. Everyone is very friendly. We really enjoyed our long weekend with z "n 9 and.

Unfortunately, the house was not properly cleaned.
Some of the crockery was dirty in the cupboards
And the house could certainly use a makeover, also on the outside.
For the price per week you expect a little more!

Super nice park with amazingly beautiful houses! In that respect, really highly recommended!
However, two major negatives; many houses are crammed with workers, who drive through the park at full speed, with cans of beer in their hands, have loud music on. This immediately brings the holiday feeling to zero (a reason for us not to return, we really don't understand that this is being approved!) And the house is extremely kid-proof, there is a gate at the top of the stairs, but not at the bottom of the stairs. So you still have to keep an eye on your children non-stop to make sure they don't climb the stairs.

Cottage for our group (children and grandchildren) was fine. Pleasant child-friendly restaurant. Achterburen at No. 445 unfortunately found it necessary to make a lot of noise (including music crackling) until even 4.30 in the morning! Not really conducive to the atmosphere. During our stay the mini beach was not really pleasant. Many small insects and rubbish (including glass shards) from probably hanging young people, so it was not responsible for the little ones.

House was in great condition! Decor is not necessarily beautiful but very practical. Nice that there are so many bathrooms and separate toilets. Really annoying that you have to pay 250 euros deposit per person. We were 9 and then you have to pay 2300 euros at the reception. I didn't think it was related at all

Let me first say that the houses (you can safely say houses) are fine. The welcome at the reception and restaurant is also excellent. What does influence the holiday feeling is the amount of labor migrants at this time in the season (January). This has irrevocable repercussions on the term "holiday park"; what it actually is. A lot of traffic back and forth, which of course also makes sense for those men and the necessary entertainment during the weekend. But that did have an impact on the overall experience.

It is a neat house fully equipped. A beautiful kitchen with sufficient inventory. The bedrooms were also spacious and there are ample bathrooms. It was quiet at the holiday park and nice to walk in the area and get a breath of fresh air.
