Comfortable, cosy and attractively furnished detached Frisian house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the holiday home settlement of Nessmersiel. Dogs are very welcome here.
On about 90m² it offers enough space for up to 6 people and a baby.
For the holiday guests, there is a completely fenced garden with beach chair, fireplace grill, sunbathing lawn and terrace with sufficient garden furniture with cushions.
A lockable bicycle room is available for use. The house's own bicycles are available for free use at your own risk without guarantee.
There is a private parking space directly at the house.

Max. 3 dogs welcome. No other pets.

From here you have direct access to the fenced garden.

The holiday home is located in the modern holiday home development behind the dyke at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach, dog beach, agility park and harbour as well as the Sturmfrei leisure centre with wellness and sauna centre are within easy walking distance.
Neß mersiel is also known as the Mecca of mudflat hikers and is a state-recognised coastal bathing resort belonging to the Do rnum dominion. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.
There is an approx. 25,000 m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment.
For guests with dogs, a specially designated dog beach with a large dog playground is offered as a "fun agility park".
