Schöne Aussicht auf den See. Bett sehr hart. Balkon gross aber sehr ungepflegt. Wasserdruck insbesondere beim Duschen extrem niedrig. Da macht Duschen keinen Spaß.

Wir waren 2. Wochen hier, wer sich wirklich erholen möchte ist hier richtig. Ruhe und Erholung war uns wichtig. Können nur weiter empfehlen, was ihr daraus macht ist euch überlassen.

Wir hatten unsere eigenen E-Bikes mit. Es war sehr beschwerlich die Fahrräder über die Treppen in den Keller zu stellen und wieder herauszuholen. Der Fahrradkeller war außerdem sehr voll.

Die Wohnung ist mit bis zu 4 Personen angegeben,leider kann man sehr schlecht auf der Schlafcouch liegen. Mussten eine Luftmatratze kaufen.

In the apartment I felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a problem with my bike. The bike storage room was full! Also, a bike rail was missing to transport the bike with the help of the push assist over many stairs. I was overwhelmed.

Beautiful vacation apartment with a very good view of the lake. Relatively modern furnishings with a large TV. Unfortunately, the corresponding bicycles are very outdated and hardly usable. We then rented our own bikes in Scharbeutz. Bikes had to be carried down to the basement daily (stairs!).

Everything is great, the apartment and location are top-notch. I would appreciate it if the path to the bicycle storage could be designed so that I don't always have to carry the bikes up the stairs, but rather use a ramp.

Great apartment with good amenities and lake view. The negative aspects for us are the layout of the fridge and the water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, there were craftsmen in the building on the day of arrival and the following 2 days, who woke us up before 8 am in the mornings. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The flat is equipped with everything needed on holiday. The location is good. Especially if you are travelling by bike. You can get to the beach quickly and also have a great view of the lake. There were three of us (1 adult, 2 children) and we had enough space. We would like to stay here again and again.

Very quietly located, well-equipped holiday flat directly on the lake, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom, separate bedroom, comfortable bed, sufficient storage space, large balcony facing the lake. Short distance to the Baltic Sea beach by bike, plenty of shopping facilities, but you need a car to get there. Although the house is located directly on the main road, nothing can be heard in the flat. Everything is top!

Very nice holiday flat with balcony and wonderful view of the large Pönitzer See lake. Fantastic location for dog owners and walkers, as the "dog forest" and many other beautiful routes are in the immediate vicinity. Even the free use of bicycles was included in the price.

The location of the flat was very nice, it had only one disadvantage, without a car you are lost there. The flat was nicely furnished, from the balcony we could look out over Lake Pönitz..If we were to come back again, we would definitely come with the car. Ideal for hikers.

A beautiful small flat with a wonderful view of Lake Pönitz. We went by bike, it is 3 km to the beach. There is a small sauna in the basement of the house. The only thing that was not so perfect was that the bicycle cellar can only be reached via stairs.
