Die Lage war ganz gut. Zum Strand nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für ein paar Tage schon okay. Abends konnte man aus dem Wohnzimmer den Sonnenuntergang sehen, war schön.

An sich eine nette Wohnung, allerdings mit Macken.Es gibt nur ein 2Plattenkochfeld.Keine Schuhablage im Flur,nur eine verschlossene Kommode.An die Handtuchheizung im Bad kommt man kaum ran, da die Heizung direkt davor steht. Im 2. Zimmer gibt es keinen Schrank.

Tolle Lage, Sehr hellhörig , Für die Preisleistung mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, Matratzen gleichen einer Hängematte, gebuchtes Treppengitter wurde angerechnet obwohl man keins benötigt was man hätte erwähnen können, Ausstattung war in Ordnung

Grundsätzlich ist die FeWo schön und vorallem gut gelegen. Das Kochequirrmend und der kleine Herd fordert Kreativität, aber für eine Woche Strandurlaub machbar. Die Lage ist echt super. Selbst mit kleinen Kindern waren wir in 7 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Niendorf. Trotzdem, das die Wohnung nah an der Bundesstraße liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Auf dem Balkon hat man bis abends die Sonne.

Der gesamt Eindruck war gut . Aber wie gesagt für 5 Personen zu klein. Ansonsten hatten wie einen schönen Urlaub

Wohnung top. Weg zum Strand zu Fuss erreichbar. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Restaurants alles in der Umgebung ok. Auch meinen Kindern hat es gefallen. Auf jedenfall empfehlenswert.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, ich möchte nur einmal anstoßen das die Couch nicht ausklappbar war, obwohl es in der Anzeige klappbar sein sollte. LG Ehrhardt

Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön und für vier Erwachsene auch groß genug. Allerdings finde ich 80? für die Endreinigung viel zu hoch! Zumal der Balkon dreckig und voller Spinnenweben war! Dazu kommt dass wir einen Parkplatz mit der Wohnung gebucht und somit auch bezahlt haben. Leider stand jedoch bei Ankunft und bis zur Abreise jemand anderes auf diesem Platz. Dadurch mussten wir uns einen Parkplatz auf der total überfüllten Straße suchen und waren am Abreisetag sogar zugeparkt und kamen nur mit sehr viel rangieren heraus

Apartment was sufficient for a week's vacation. A bit small and cramped. Beautifully secluded and quiet. Nevertheless, close to the center. In the adult bedroom, it smelled quite old (musty), especially with closed windows. There was enough dishes. Parking behind the house was available. We had a nice relaxing week.

The holiday apartment is very beautiful and quiet, ideally located within walking distance to the supermarket. The bathroom is a bit small. Cooking is rather limited with 2 hotplates. The kitchen utensils should be checked. The beds are extremely soft and partially worn out.

Had a great vacation here and were overall very enthusiastic and would love to come back. The only thing that can be perceived as disturbing is the slightly louder main road behind the house, if you spend more time there, but since we were outside a lot anyway, it was OK. The equipment was family-friendly.

Cozy vacation rental, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Bedroom cannot be fully darkened, but at least the children's room can be. The distance to the beach is not far, all cafes and shops are easily accessible. We felt comfortable and had a nice vacation.

Super location, beach, restaurants, shop, bakery within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped, but only 2 hobs, which is not enough for a flat for up to 6 people. The kitchen utensils were scarce but sufficient for 2 hobs. The cutlery and service was good. Unfortunately, there were no blackout curtains for the bedroom, only normal curtains.

We felt very comfortable in the flat. Everything was super furnished and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. The rooms were big enough, comfortable beds. There could have been a little less cobwebs on the ceiling and dust in the wardrobe. But after getting rid of those, we were very satisfied ;D. The location was great, everything was within walking distance. The beach was only 3 minutes away! We would gladly spend our holidays here again and again. If the weather is bad, there are many things to do, e.g. Sealife, Ostseetherme, Hansa Park, Mini Golf, etc.
